Meet Howard Wright

Howard Wright has been a State Farm Agent since 1991, bringing a wealth of experience to our agency. Before stepping into the insurance world, he served as an accounting manager for Newell Companies in Rockford, IL, from 1976 to 1991. With over 55 years of combined experience in the insurance industry, our team is well-equipped to assist you with all your insurance needs.

Our office, located near the heart of Downtown Joliet, has been a trusted State Farm agent location for over 75 years!

A Little About Howard

Born and raised in Arkansas, Howard pursued his education at Rock Valley College, earning an AS Degree in Business Administration, followed by a BS Degree in Business Administration & Accounting from the University of Rockford (formerly Rockford College). He is a proud family man, married with two wonderful children and four grandchildren.

Howard is deeply committed to community service, serving on the boards of several organizations, including the Redeem Church of God in Christ, the African American Business Association, and the Greater Joliet Area YMCA. He has also held past board member positions with the Joliet Regional Chamber, the Spanish Community Center, and the Joliet Girl Scouts USA. Currently, he is actively involved as an ambassador for the Joliet Chamber and the African American Business Association, as well as serving on various committees within the Greater Joliet Area YMCA.
